September Panel Discussion and Speed Networking for Peter Kiewit Foundation Engineering Academy Students

- Volunteer Need: Professionals in engineering fields to participate as speed networking pros and panelists. Engineers from diverse backgrounds encouraged to participate.

October – Virtual Panel Discussion for Cybersecurity Awareness Month

- Location: virtual via Zoom
- Volunteer Need: Nebraska-based leaders in cybersecurity are invited to join this virtual panel discussion to kick off Cybersecurity Awareness Month. This event is a collaboration between Smart Gen Society, Omaha STEM Ecosystem, and NTC partner Zerto.

October – In-Person Panel Discussion for Nebraska Women of Color in Tech Meetup
- Date: October 8th
- Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Location: Gallup in North Downtown Omaha
- Volunteer Need: Diverse women who are recent graduates or career changers who have moved from a non-technical role to a technical role to share their stories, experiences, and career guidance with attendees. The panel discussion will be followed by networking.

Women In Technology of the Heartland (WITH) – Executive Leadership Roundtable for Advancing Women in Tech
This month, we are excited to present an Executive Leadership Roundtable: Advancing Women in Tech, sponsored and hosted by FNBO, on September 24, from 5 – 7 pm CT.
Our theme for this event will highlight diverse perspectives from top executives who are leading the way in the technology sector. They will share their experiences, discuss the challenges and opportunities for women in tech, and explore how we can all contribute to creating a more inclusive and equitable industry.
